There you can find a link named ALL INDIA ENGINEERING ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (AIEEE) 2012. Click on it and on the next page opened in their official results page cbseresults.nic.in you can see two boxes, one if for entering your exam roll number and the other is for the date of birth you had given at the time of AIEEE registration. You will see your score card along with your All India Entrance Rank 2012 and State Rank.
AIEEE 2012 Counselling Schedule & Timing
Registration to get the branches according your choices will start from 16th June and comes to an end on 25th of June 2012. Once the online registrations get completed, next is the AIEEE allotment process which will be started soon after it, may on 27th of June.
